Q: What is your cancellation policy?
As a solo practitioner, I have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that I can provide the best care possible to my clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This will give me the opportunity to offer your appointment slot to another client. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, I will be unable to refund your $50 deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
